Exposing the Need for Change

PCJ, Parents’ And Children’s Justice, came to be out of a desperate need.  There is flagrant abuse of innocent children by both systems and caregivers.  Our goal is to bring awareness to the public of these horrendous problems so that solutions may be found.  Public awareness must rise to the level of outrage so that our citizens demand that children, our nation’s most precious commodity, will truly be protected from the gross abuse presently occuring against defenseless children, putting them in harm’s way.

The hue and cry from parents and children themselves must be heard and protection procured for these children.  We have personally experienced and continue daily to receive information from hundreds of people who have also had true horror stories about children within the system being raped, sodomized, physically and emotionally abused.

We, along with other Family Advocates, call for an investigation and for change to protect our children.  This must be done by local authorities as well as State and Federal organizations to effect an environment of safety for the most vulnerable of our country’s citizens.

     It’s time for a change. Parents and Childrens Justice is working for you, even if you’re rich or poor.

    Here is another sad story about a lady pleading to our legislatures for help over the removal of her daughter not having a big enough bedroom and leaving the other children at home.

    What is the legislatures going to do about the wrongful removal of  our children in Kansas? We still have our state contractors and SRS holding these children for no reason or little reason at all.

    Our legislatures keeps funding millions of dollars of our taxpayers money to hold our Kansas children. They can’t even come up with some kind of bill to stop our children from being raped while in state custody. It isn’t any use to talk to our legislatures, so it’s time to start voting the corrupt ones out. When election time comes, bring this to the attention of your legislatures and whoever is running for office.

    Our legislatures are made up of Democrats and Republicans and don’t see eye to eye with each other. So they need to put this aside and say we are AMERICANS and pass a bill about the illegal removal of our children and stop SRS and their contractors. Do this for the Kansas parents, children and grandparents. If not, do it for your grandchildren and future grandchildren, where they can look-up and say, our grandparents stood up and did their job. As a representative and elective representative by the people of Kansas.

    They keep funding our Social Services, even raising our taxes to keep our children in state custody, where they can still take our children for the money, which they are living off the back of our children.

    Do we really need this type of legislatures or elective officials for funding and supporting our children on getting beatened, raped, sodomized and murdered with the tax dollars they just got through raising.

    This was brought out in front of the legislatures at meetings in 2008, 2009 and 2010 in front of the parents and grandparents. Members of the legislators had knowledge of all this and was going to do something about it. They did, by supporting the illegal removal of our children.

       The photo’s taken at the ballpark was a Tea Party Rally on April 15, 2010. There were wayover 12,000 people that attented the rally. We were there, Don and Phyllis Porter, representing PCJ’s.    They are closing 9 SRS offices in Kansas such as Lawrence, Fort Scott, Garnett, Coffeyville, Lyndon, Marysville, McPherson, Pratt and Wellington and don’t know how many more. What does SRS workers expect? They couldn’t do their jobs and they have been replaced by the contractors. So quit blaming the Governor and Sec. of SRS, Rob Siedlecki for what you have created.    Since our new head of SRS Rob Siedllecki has taken over, he has closed down SRS offices throughout Kansas, to save the taxpayers dollars. But has done nothing to stop the contractors and SRS from holding the children back from their parents and grandparents.

      We protested in Fort Scott, Ks. on July 23, 2012 infront of the courthouse. Check out this link: www.fstribune.com/story/1873804.html. We talked to several people, two of them was concerned about T.F.I and mental health in Fort Scott.

      They explained to us about how the T.F.I and mental health, work  together to keep families apart. That was told to us by two separate people and was approximately 1 hour apart. This is the same story we hear all over by different  people in different places.

     We passed our cards out to people in McDonalds, Sonic, KFC, Pizza Hut and the hospitals, KU Med, Olathe Med. and Miami Co. Also passed out to people at Price Choppers, Thriftway, Food Fair, WalMart,Sears Kohls, Target, Best Buy, Country Mart, Macy’s, Sam’s, J C Penny and Radio Shack. Also, Office Max, Office Depot, Dollar Store, barber shops Family Dollar Stores, dog groomers, Home Depot, Nebraska Furniture Mart and Walgreens. Also, ALDI’s ,Bass Pro, Cabelas, veterinatian offices, police stations, new and used car dealerships and K-Mart.

     Also, passed cards out to employee’s at assisted living facility, nursing homes, senators, legislators, law enforcement agenices, lawyers and people running for state and government offices and mental health. Been giving to people in doctors offices, dentist offices, people at the mall’s, Wendy’s, state and federal court houses and just people out on the street. We passed out cards and talked to people all the way from Topeka, Lawrence, Wy. Co., Jo. Co., and Franklin Co. We have also passed out cards to SRS, T.F.I (The Farm), KVC, Mental Health workers and other contractors.

      We also passed out cards and other information about the corrupt system. Passed them out to the senators and legislators on Dec.19,2008 at a Childrens Issue session. Also to SRS and their contractors, parents and grandparents. The meeting was at the Docking Building in Topeka.

     We also passed out more cards and papers at a Nov.30,2009 meeting on Childrens Issues. We also filed papers and testified at both sessions in Dec.,08 and Nov.09,the papers were again passed out to the senators and legislators. We also made sure that Don Jordan and his staff got the information. The last meeting was held in the Capitol Building in Topeka.

     We are in contact with people constantly in Wichita, Ks. and other places in the state of Kansas. We all agreed that the children are picked up on false allegations, they are kept in the system with false allegations and complaints that SRS and their contractors make.

      The judge, prosecuting attorneys and GAL’s also plays a big role in keeping the children in the system. Knowing SRS and their contractors lie on the witness stand and get by with it. We need to vote them out, have them impeached, where they are breaking state and federal laws by their actions and they know it.

     Our senators and representatives knows that these laws have been broken. It’s their duty to stop the corruption, for they work for the citizens and the voters that put them in office, we the voters doesn’t work for them.

     We have met alot of people and made alot of friends, they also agree, it is time for a change.

     Kansas legislatures closed out again in 2010 without helping Kansas families. Leaving the parents, grandparents and children to suffer more at the hands of SRS and their corrupt contractors. This shows the Kansas people that most of our Kansas legislators doesn’t care about our children being taken illegally and held illegally for the $$$.

     It shows the Kansas people where the legislatures heart is at. By leaving helpless children being held in state custody, where they can be raped, sodomized and forced into different types of sexual acts.

     Taxpayers will be paying out more of their money, so our children can be held in state custody.

     Everytime, when some legislatures looks in the mirror, do they praise theirselves for the evil things they have done to the children and their families. They also go along with letting the children being adopted out to NON- DNA families.

    Now it’s time to start checking out their backgrounds and digging up dirt on their families, parents and grandparents. To find out who is funding their campaign to get them back in office again.

    If they can’t help the children, let’s don’t help them get back into office again. It’s up to the public and voters to get these criminals out of office. We must get them out and get the right ones in. They lie and do everything they can to stay into office. They have no attention helping  the children and families.

    NOW! Who is really making the money off the back of the children?  We have heard Don Jordans side and now we have heared the legislatured side, now vote where it really counts.

     Also everyone needs to start checking out the backgrounds of all SRS workers, their contractors and find out how many children they have adopted out for theirselves. Also, are they getting the same benefits that adoptived parents recieve and find out what kind of corruption they have in their past and their families past. Now lets find out who is really dirty.

    LAWLESS AMERICA THE MOVIE:

 Our governor and legislatures are dragging their feet about letting Kansas children linger in state custody. While there is nothing being done, but lies and empty promises.

 Some have been raped, sodomized and molested in different ways. Some have disappeared and never been found and some of them has died, this has been going on for years.

 When is our Gov. Brownback and his new appointed officials going to do anything about most of the children being held in state custody by Child Protective Services and their contractors.

 Most of the parents hasn’t done anything wrong, most of the grandparents hasn’t done anything wrong, except for lies, false allegations and excuses for not returning the children back to their family and not let the children being held, as money makers.

 It’s time for the governor, members of his staff, our legislatures, both Democrats and Republicans, to do whatever they can to help our families and save our children.

 This happens in other states, too. It’s time to get the lies and corruption out of our states, let Kansas be the first.
